Meet the Founders
At the heart of Revive 365 Wellness are co-founders Tracee Block-Trapanese, PA-C, MPH and Cynthia “Cyndi” Gavilanes, PA-C. Both are board-certified Physician Assistants who share more than three decades of combined experience in clinical medicine, aesthetics, and wellness.
