Most Fort Lauderdale peptide pages skip the part that matters most this summer. In April 2026, the FDA moved a dozen popular compounds off one of its restricted lists. On July 23 and 24, an FDA advisory committee meets to decide whether several of them can be legally compounded at all. Many local clinics still advertise those exact compounds without mentioning any of it.

Fort Lauderdale's peptide market, and why in-person care matters

Fort Lauderdale has one of the densest peptide markets in Florida. Much of it runs on convenience: a nurse who visits your home, a monthly concierge membership, or a nationwide telehealth site that ships vials to your door. Convenience is real. So is the tradeoff.

Telehealth and mobile services differ in how they evaluate patients, order testing, provide follow-up, and assign responsibility for care. Before choosing a provider, ask who will oversee the complete treatment plan, what monitoring is included, and which pharmacy or outsourcing facility supplies the medication..

We built the opposite. Revive 365 is a fixed clinic in Weston, about 23 miles and 34 minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale on I-595. Patients from Fort Lauderdale, and from Davie on the way, make the drive for one reason: the same two physician assistants design your protocol, read your labs, and adjust your dose. When a compound’s status is unsettled, we hold it rather than ship it.

The peptides we focus on

Rather than a long menu, we build programs around peptides with the clearest legal standing and a supervision model behind them.

Metabolic Health

AOD-9604 and MOTs-C have been studied for metabolic and mitochondrial-related applications. Human evidence and regulatory status vary.

Recovery & Repair

BPC-157 and TB-500 have been studied for recovery and tissue-repair-related applications, but human evidence remains limited.

Performance & Vitality

CJC-1295 with ipamorelin and sermorelin are used in some supervised protocols involving growth-hormone signaling. Suitability, evidence, and regulatory status differ by compound.

Skin, Hair & Longevity

GHK-Cu has been studied for collagen and skin-related applications. Evidence and permitted routes of administration vary.

How we stay compliant in Florida

Florida requires a state-licensed provider for any peptide prescription, a real patient evaluation, a documented medical reason, and informed consent. Telehealth adds its own rules under Chapter 456 of the Florida Statutes. An out-of-state website shipping peptides into Florida without a Florida-licensed provider is working outside those rules, even when the checkout is easy. At Revive 365, a Florida-licensed physician assistant is responsible for your care start to finish, and when a compound’s status is unsettled, as several are this month, we hold it instead of prescribing it.

Who peptide therapy is and isn't for

Peptide therapy fits some people and not others, and the honest version of that list is short.

Good candidates: adults with a specific, measurable goal, slow recovery, poor sleep, or stalled body composition, who are willing to do the basic work of sleep, protein, and training, and who want a provider watching their labs.

Not a fit: anyone after a quick fix with no bloodwork, patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, anyone with an active cancer diagnosis (some peptides act on cell growth), anyone with certain endocrine, pituitary, or autoimmune conditions, and anyone who wants a compound we cannot legally or safely provide right now. Insurance does not cover wellness or anti-aging peptide therapy, and most plans exclude GLP-1s prescribed for weight loss alone. Some patients use HSA or FSA dollars, which is not the same as insurance paying.

Our approach to personalized peptide therapy

Every program starts with an evaluation, not a product. The sequence is the same for everyone:

  1. A consultation and health history with a physician assistant.
  2. Baseline lab work, so decisions rest on what your body is actually doing.
  3. A written plan built around one or two goals, naming the peptide, the reason for it, and its current legal status.
  4. Follow-up labs and check-ins to adjust the plan or stop it.

Fort Lauderdale patients usually come out once for the workup and labs, then handle routine follow-ups by a mix of in-person visits and compliant telehealth. We would rather talk you out of a peptide you don’t need than start one you do.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is peptide therapy legal in Florida right now?

The answer depends on the particular medication, bulk drug substance, prescriber’s authority, dispensing source, and rules in effect when the prescription is issued. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. We confirm current regulatory status and availability before prescribing.

Can a clinic legally compound BPC-157 or TB-500 for me today?

Availability depends on the substance, route, dispensing source, current FDA policy, and circumstances of the prescription. FDA scheduled BPC-157-related and TB-500-related substances for discussion at its July 23, 2026 advisory committee meeting. A committee recommendation is not a final FDA rule. We confirm current availability with the supplying pharmacy before prescribing.

How is your clinic different from a mobile or concierge peptide service in Fort Lauderdale?

A mobile or concierge service brings convenience; we bring continuity. The same two physician assistants examine you, order labs, and stay responsible for your care, rather than a rotating clinician or a vial in the mail. The clinic is about 23 miles and 34 minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale on I-595. Come out once for the workup, then handle most follow-ups remotely.

Does insurance cover peptide therapy?

For wellness and anti-aging uses, effectively no. GLP-1 medicines are sometimes covered for approved conditions, but most plans exclude them when prescribed for weight loss alone. HSA and FSA accounts can sometimes be used. We go over cost with you during your consultation, before you commit.

Is there long-term safety data on these peptides?

It varies by peptide. GLP-1 medicines have years of trial data. Many wellness peptides, including several under review this month, have limited long-term human data, which is one reason the FDA is cautious. We match that honesty in the room: strong evidence where it exists, clear caveats where it doesn’t.

Start with an evaluation, not a cart

The real answer to “which peptide is right for me” comes from a consultation and your lab work, not a product page or a mailed vial. Book a visit with our team, a short drive from Fort Lauderdale, and we will tell you what fits your goal, what doesn’t, and what the current rules allow. We serve Fort Lauderdale, Las Olas, downtown, and the greater Broward County area.
